**Terms and Conditions: "The Loud n Rowdy Crew" Superbike Giveaway**
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the "The Loud n Rowdy Crew" Superbike Giveaway ("Giveaway"). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by the organizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
**Eligibility:**
1. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
2. Employees, officers, and directors of "The Loud n Rowdy Crew," its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3. Only valid for South African Residents.
**Entry Period:**
1. The Giveaway begins on 01/05/2024 and ends on ends on 31/05/2025, or when all entry tickets levels has been reached. We have the right to run the competition until all entries has been fulfilled.
2. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.
**How to Enter:**
1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must purchase TLNRC giveaway specific merchandise that will be for sale on TLNRC website
2. Multiple entries from the same person are allowed, provided each entry complies with the entry requirements.
**Prize:**
1. The prize for the Giveaway is a custom superbike and accessories valued at R750,000.
2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize alternatives. The winner agrees to keep the bike for a 12 month period before selling the bike. The winner agrees to give TLNRC first option to buy the bike in the event of it being sold.
3. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with the prize.
**Winner Selection:**
1. 6 contestants will be randomly drawn. The contestant will draw a key out of a helmet. The winner will be the key that starts the bike.
2. The 6 contestants will be contacted once their names have been drawn via social media and the provided contact details
3. If the contestants do not respond in 24 hours of the notification, a new contestant may be selected at the discretion of the organizers.
**Publicity:**
1. By entering the Giveaway, participants grant "The Loud n Rowdy Crew" the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.
2. The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the Giveaway, including but not limited to interviews and photo/video shoots.
**Limitation of Liability:**
1. "The Loud n Rowdy Crew," its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by or resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, or gross negligence.
2. "The Loud n Rowdy Crew" reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
**Governing Law:**
1. The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in the Giveaway.
